Who We Are

IBSpot is an international business and trade platform providing localized products and services at a global scale. IBSpot unites specialized industries, markets, and opportunities through independent sellers around the world.

 

How does it work?

Sellers list their products for sale on GOAT, while buyers peruse over 10,000 products on the website, iPhone and Android apps. If you make a purchase, sellers are required to ship their products to us for verification first and once they’re authenticated, we’ll ship them to you. If we find they are replicas or they are not as described, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

How do I place an order?

Browse products for sale, select your size and tap “Add to Cart.” After you tap, enter your contact information, select a payment option and your products will be on their way to you.

 

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept all major cards (credit, debit, prepaid and gift cards) that display a Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover. All credit transactions are handled by Shopify, the most secure payment processing companies. We also accept PayPal.

 

I’m having issues purchasing. What do I do?

Occasionally our payments processor is unable to complete your purchase. This can be for a number of reasons, including an incorrect credit card number, insufficient funds or wrong zip code. Please review the card number you entered and the zip code first and if those are correct, we recommend contacting the card issuing bank. If you’re still having issues, please email us at help@ibspot.com for additional assistance.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither has occurred, simply tap the Cancel button on the Orders screen.

Please note: There are no cancellations on offers because it is confirmed by the seller when they accept your offer.

 

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns that are in the same condition as when shipped. 

You have 30 days to request a return from the date you received your products. Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid, less the shipping costs to and from you. This refund will be issued in the form of original payment of IBSpot credit to use on future purchases. To initiate this return, please email help@ibspot.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees involved for returning items and the package remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by IBSpot. Once we receive your return, the product will be evaluated before your refund is made.

  • Include the Return Label and the Return Item(s) in their original condition
  • Item(s) must not be damaged
  • Item(s) must be in original condition with tags and packaging included
  • Exceptions and other conditions will be noted in the item description
  • The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt
  • IBSpot reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases

 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is $10 to the 48 contiguous states, $15 to Hawaii and Alaska. For a limited time, shipping is $30 to Canada and $40 to all other international countries. Customers may incur additional charges for sneaker packs and heavy items. Since all shoes come to us for verification first, orders will typically arrive within 7-9 business days for domestic customers. International delivery times vary and international customers are responsible for any additional taxes once shipped.

 

When will I receive my order?

Since all products come to us for authentication first, it typically takes 7-9 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers. It takes 3-4 days to get to us, 1-2 days to authenticate and 3-4 days to ship to you. International delivery times vary due to customs. As soon as your products are authenticated, we'll ship them out to you and send you a link to track your package.
